Sign-in Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
This policy explains how Bismuth Ventures LLC handles Google sign-in and account authentication data for FlexSprout, FlexPraise, and FlexHello.
Information used for sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we request the OpenID, email, and profile permissions. We receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture, when available. We store account and authentication records, including provider identifiers, sessions, and tokens as applicable, to create or recognize your account and keep you signed in. Session cookies support this authentication.
Google sign-in is used to authenticate you. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts. Optional integrations you choose to connect may request additional access and have their own disclosures; this policy covers sign-in, not those integrations.
Use and handling
We use this information to provide account access, display your profile, maintain sessions, and support account security and troubleshooting. Service providers supporting our hosting and authentication may process it for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain authentication information as needed to operate your account, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access does not itself delete your product account or previously stored information and may affect your ability to sign in.
For access, correction, account deletion, or questions about your sign-in data, email brandon@bismuthventures.com. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Updates
We will publish updates here with a revised effective date. See our Sign-in Terms for account authentication terms.
